Steril-Aire's Rapid Install Kit, RIK - 1 system is an easily installed, UVC for HVAC, disinfection system for air handlers, cooling coils, and air systems. The RIK system is manufactured with extruded aluminum, adjustable length power poles with prewired electronic power supplies, adjustable bulb landing/support poles with bulb holders, enhanced bulb connectors for water tight bulb/power connection, and add required quantity of very high output UVC Emitter tubes to form a complete system for most AHU configurations.
RIK configurations range from 1 row to 8 rows of Emitters, 24" to 180" High and 24" - 61" Wide with duplicate RIKs repeated when coil width is over 60" W. A typical row irradiates 18" - 24" of coil area height x length of bulb, or row with multiple sections wide.
Steril-Aire's innovative, adjustable height, prewired RIK system is easily installed. To estimate number and size of RIKs needed, measure cooling coil face area H x W, and AHU plenum H x W area.
