Steril-Aire's DE Series UVC Emitters are multi-patented, OEM, commercial grade, 18" - 62", double ended, single tube, very high output UVC Emitter fixture with PTFE engineered Sleeved bulb for AHU, coil, surface, product and air cleaning and disinfection. The UV-C wavelength (254 nm) of the UV spectrum targets the DNA of microorganisms, denaturing and destroying the DNA through dimerization, making the microbial organism inert and unable to reproduce. The DE fixture body is made of stainless steel with a high spectral aluminum reflector, very high output electronic power supply, and tombstone bulb connectors. Unit carries labels for compliance with ANSI/UL Standards 153, 1598, 1995 and CSA and CE Standards.
